These solutions include 5x8 and 7x24 support services, with support available via ticket format. (1 ticket = 1 service).
Additionally, to comply with best practices, Invoke offers the implementation of automated monitoring solutions so you can eliminate the need for a monitoring center and execute controlled actions in the event of an event. The monitoring platforms we implement include Zabbix, AppDynamics, Nagios, Whatsup Gold, and others.
